Follow the photos below in order — they walk you all the way from Reception to your front door.

Step 1 — Go to Pendergardens Business Centre Reception to collect your key cards

Step 2 — From Reception, head outside and walk past Le Majoliche restaurant

Step 3 — Continue past the barber shop along the pedestrian path

Electric gate to the residential complex

Step 4 — Reach the electric gate at the entrance to the residential complex

Step 5 — At the gate, use the intercom for Pender Tower (right panel) and tap your key card on the reader

Step 6 — Walk through the inner courtyard with the palm trees

Step 7 — Keep walking — Block 16 is on your right as a reference point

Step 8 — Reach the Pendergardens Tower Residences entrance

Step 9 — Tap your key card on the intercom panel to unlock the entrance door

Step 10 — Take any of the lifts in the lobby

Step 11 — Press floor 8 — your apartment is Flat 083

Departure

Check-out

By 10:00 AM

Please leave the apartment by 10:00 AM on your departure day.

Leave the key cards inside the apartment and make sure the door is locked behind you. A quick message once you've left is always appreciated.

Take your key cards with you whenever you leave the apartment. At check-out, please leave them inside the apartment — no need to return them to Reception.
